What can you help me with?
I offer website design, branding, graphic design, and digital marketing. That includes WordPress and Shopify websites, logos, marketing materials, email campaigns, SEO, social media, and ongoing website care. You can come to me for a single project or help connecting all the pieces.
Can you improve my existing website?
Yes. Depending on what your website needs, I can refresh the design, improve the layout, update content, or recommend a more complete rebuild. I’ll review what you have and explain the options before getting started.
How much does a project cost?
Pricing depends on the scope, features, and amount of work involved. After learning about your needs, I’ll provide a proposal outlining the work and cost so you know what to expect before committing.
Do you require a deposit to begin work?
For most projects, I require a 50% deposit to get started, with the remaining 50% due before launch or delivery. I accept Zelle, Venmo, checks, and credit cards. Credit card payments include a 3% processing fee. Project deposits are nonrefundable.
Which platforms do you work with?
I primarily build websites with WordPress and Elementor, WooCommerce, and Shopify. I also work with a range of tools for email marketing, forms, analytics, and business management. If you’re using something specific, just ask.
How long will my project take?
The timeline depends on the size of the project and how quickly content and feedback are provided. I’ll outline an estimated schedule in your proposal. If you have a specific deadline, let me know at the beginning.
What do you need from me?
Usually, I’ll need your logo, business information, photos, website content, and access to any relevant accounts. I’ll give you a clear list for your project. If you’re missing something, I can help you work through it.
Can you help write my website content?
Yes. I can help write or refine your content so it sounds like your business and clearly explains what you offer. Copywriting can be included in your proposal based on how much support you need.
Will my website work on phones and tablets?
Yes. I design websites to adapt to desktop, tablet, and mobile screens, with attention to readable text, easy navigation, and clear calls to action.
Do you offer SEO and marketing support?
Yes. I offer SEO, local SEO, blogging, email marketing, and social media services. I can help you choose an approach that fits your goals and budget. Search rankings and results vary, so I don’t promise specific positions or instant results.
